WATER

I constantly consume water, absolutely nothing else. Due to the fact that drinking anything else however water could be boring after a while, I placed some lemon slices in the water to get some variant. Et voilĂ !

Every early morning I start my day with drinking tea, preferably rooibos or environment-friendly tea.

Next, I prepare my breakfast!

Mostly I eat oat meal with almond flavored soya-milk and slices banana on top.

That’s my favorite breakfast for sure!

It’s not only really healthy and balanced but it’s also tasty and it keeps me going until break!

As a snack I’d like to eat:

– Smoothie

– Almonds

– Tea

12:00 LUNCH

What I’ll consume depends whether I’m at institution or at home.

At institution I mainly consume a club ham sandwich, however when I eat at house I want to eat soup or a salad with quinoa, hen and also sundried tomatoes or oatmeal pancakes with blueberries as topping!

16:00 SNACK TIME

When I’m back from school I’m always extremely hungry!

Mostly I ‘d prepare myself a smoothie or all-natural yoghurt with some fruit as well as almonds!

18:00 DINNER
